Seachem Laboratories tour (Reschduled) February 24th @ 1:30

I have some unfortunate news in regards to our tour of the Seachem facility. They will not have a senior member available that day to give the tour. They have asked us to reschedule the event during the month of February. I am very sorry that this happened and we are diligently working on another option and are awaiting a re schedule date for the tour. We should have an announcement by tomorrow afternoon in regards to the February meeting. Hopefully we have the new tour date by tomorrow as well.

We have a rescheduled date of Friday February 24, 2017 @ 1:30pm. A new poll with instructions has been posted. Please revote on that poll.

We are very proud to announce our January monthly meeting. It is being hosted by SeaChem Laboratories at their plant in Madison, Ga. The tour will be Friday January 20th @ 1:30pm. We are looking for a location to meet at nearby. As soon as we determine where we will announce it here. We really look forward to this amazing tour. This tour is open to anyone who would like to attend (paid members or non members). If you are a non paid member and can't post to this thread please pm me with the number of attendees you will be bringing. Thankyou.

Please post that you will be attending this event (if you will be bringing a guest, select both options) as we will need to get a count prior to the event. If you would like to get more information about SeaChem and directions to their facility, I have posted the link below.

Seachem. (rescheduled)
Location: 1000 Seachem Drive, Madison GA 30650
Date: Friday February 24, 2017
Time: 1:30

We look forward to seeing you there. We are so fortunate to have them here in Georgia. If you get a chance please vote on the poll so we can keep a count of the attendees. Thank you.

This is an event to go to. If your determining which monthly meetings you want to attend in 2017, Seachem tour should be somewhere on the top of your list of meetings to attend. I was fortunate to make the last tour with ARC a few years ago when we toured Seachem. I became a firm believer in the Seachem products after the tour. Hopefully, Amici's in Madison will be a stop off on your way back home. That's if you like Pizza.

day off work already scheduled - hoping they are giving away 150lbs of sand as a door prize for our new tank setup

Concur. You don't want to miss this one. Wait until you see the individual setups around the offices! Salt water as well as some cool looking freshwater tanks; I don't really care too much of freshwater. Even though I'm not a freshwater fan, the freshwater setups did catch my attention.

Haven't been in a little while, but Seachem Labs is always worth the visit. Plus as Wannabee mentioned all the Sales Reps and office employees are required to have an aquarium in their office or cubicle. So there will be plenty of aquariums to see!

Also very cool to see the production line.

I can't make this one, but I'm sure everyone attending will have a great time... and yes I would be very surprised if Seachem let you guys leave empty handed =)

Unfortunately, they to postpone it until February. We're looking at Feb 24th and I'm waiting on their confirmation from their training team. We're trying to throw something together this month. Sorry about any delay on information.

Thanks Brett! No worries at all. I definitely understand how much of a challenge coordinating these events can be. You all do a great job, I just wanted to confirm before I took a day off. I'll save it for whenever it is rescheduled.

That's disappointing. We won't be able to make Feb 24. If that date gets confirmed we'll need to be pulled off the count for this one.

Thanks for everyone's understanding. Again, I do apologize for any inconvience this has caused anyone. A new poll has been posted with instructions. Please revote in the new thread if you will be attending.
