What gallon would you say the mini light would be for? Where are you located?

The light is designed for the Aqueon sump or the Biocube, but since I’ve purchased bulbs that are blue (actinic) you can also used on small tanks, I’ve used on a 5 gallons and in a 10 gallons. I’d say that a tank bigger than this would require a bigger light.
I’m located in Lawrenceville but I commute every day all around I could probably meet somewhere.
