More updates to this to come soon.

Additional equipment I'm thinking of adding:
AquaController
Auto Top off pump/switches

Please post some suggestions and shortly I'll be posting some pics taken with a better camera so you get a better idea of what everything looks like. I'm thinking of just one fish, a golden angel, for this tank and solely creating a nice SPS/LPS display. Any suggestions on coral etc are welcomed warmly because I was thinking of striving more for inhabitants from the japanese waters.

Just a quick post and an update.

Chris from einstein aquatics was nice enough to help me finish up my canopy by placing 3 holes in the top of my canopy for ventilation with his hole saw. I also picked up a few frags from him (a duncan, and two small zoo colonies). Growth has been good as i see the orange rimmed zoos are currently starting 2-3 new polyps. Now I think the tank is ready to host a few sps. Checked the calcium level and it's holding strong around 450. I want to do an area specific tank and I'm thinking of going with all aussie frags.

Any suggestions on what should be added? Please post pictures as well.

The aussie set-up is going to be very expensive, as Australia has very tight regulations on collectors.

Thanks tnyga I really appreciate it :) the light is awesome btw. Just did a param check and it's holding strong still no nitrites/nitrates but it is new... Also, the ammonia levels are non existent. Cal is holding strong still at 450, and pulling a 10% again this week. Coraline algae is perking up and i'm once again seeing purple, pinks, greens, dark/bright reds starting to cover the rock. Will post images in about 3 weeks or so once things start looking nicer.

SCM steve I'm only interested in stonies and have a few zoos for their coloration and rarity. As such I'm willing to pay a little more for items, but won't be going overboard as of yet. It will be a slow build but worth it i think in the end as I'll have some unique pieces. Once things are established and have some decent grow out i'll be looking for some people to trade with.

The first stony has been added and is a blue/purple challice with bright green polyps. Chris if you're following this at all it is an aussie challice correct?
