Best way to treat ich in fowler

Hey guys I got a fish only tank that broke out in ick almost everything already all that's left is one Domino damsel to starfish hermit crabs and to emerald crabs. Was wondering what is the best method to treat the tank is now. I would prefer not to empty out the tank and clean the. And set up a quarantine the local fish store called me about pilot labs reef medic this it it's supposed to be invert safe and you don't have to remove everything from the tank has anyone used this. Was going to try copper they recommended not to try that the polyp lab what's the recommendation

Catch & remove the Domino, then leave the tank without fish for 6 weeks. The parasites will die without fish to live on.

FWIW- when you decide to add new fish, either-
1- put them in a quarantine tank, with or without UV, for 6 weeks. If no parasites, then they can go into main tank. Or-
2- put them in a hospital tank with chloroquine phosphate and follow directions available online. They will be parasite free in 3 weeks, then can go into tank.
