Coral ID Help!!!

I recieved this free frag from GARF and I never could figure out exactly what type. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Can you give us more information. Like;

1) is it from your experience a Soft or Hard Coral?
2) does it react to like changes?
3) what do the polyps look like?

It is really hard to see from the picture.

almost looks like a hydnopora

It's definitely a Hard Coral. No polyps, just extending tentacles no longer than a .5 cm. It draws into the hard skeleton when bothered and seems to be growing in a column. Outer surface is covered with coraline so its hard to tell what it looks like.
