Found out what cause the leak, I’ll be using sealent paste from now on...

That’s a 1 1/2” on the side of the sump for draining purpose

I had to redo some more plumbing on return today for canopy and cabinets to fit without building drop down sealing.
Here is a picture before and after

Hey Dmitri, You should also paint any metal fittings or clamps that are directly above all open water areas. As zinc corrodes (and galvanized is just bulk zinc hot dipped) it will flake and drop off. If it's over the tank or sump guess where it goes.

I used these pipe clamps and stainless threaded rod for suspending my drain lines out of the overflow box. Between those over the sump and some hinges over the display I was getting elevated zinc and some other elements. Luckily I caught it before anything bad happened. I bought new clamps and painted them with a few coats before putting them back in place. I see a lot of metal hanger clamps that will be over your tank, better to take care of it now.

I picked up some more frags today from our monthly meeting. Here some quick shots of new addition to my collection

Friday night updated !
1st of all I’m celebrating departure of my old boss with 4 beers (Gotta love to see bad ones go :))

and now for tank update.

Work in progress ...
Today I’m finishing up some drywall work. Tank has been running full power with two dolphin 6250 non-stop for about a week. No leaks!
Up next on the list:
1. Finish plumbing equipment in the fish room.
2. Working on canopy and cabinets (wood work) April 1st
3. Bleaching 800lbs of rock (1 week)
4. Aquascape
5. Mount lights (10 gen 4 radions)

Last few days I’ve been making progress on plumbing. Yesterday I have finished connecting 100gal water changing tank and 75 gal refugium to the main system. Also connected skimmer. Everything been running smooth for 24 hours.

Few things left to do before draining fresh water, connect UV, calcium reactor and three other reactors. Minor plumbing job compare to last few days.

I took some shots of a fish room, looking back at them it gives me headache :)
A bit overwhelming...

Here are some pictures to share
