Found two little tubes sticking out of my liverock. These just recently appeared. Is that what these are?

There was a thread about these week ago i think there called vermid snail and they have spiderweb like strings coming from there hole.

+1. I have some as well. They can be a nuisance at times if you get too many of them. They do expel a mucus like web.

I only see two so far. I dont have coral. Fish with a cleanup crew only. Are they okay? Or should I remove them?

They are hard sharp tubes that can cause a cut or puncture wound on your fish or your hand. I was moving rocks a few years ago and one's went under my nail and caused an infection for a week (I dug the tip of the tub out and that fixed it). I would break off every one I see and watch to see if they come back, they spread very fast.

Any fish that will eat them? I would assume puffers do?

They may... but I feel you are better off removing them yourself if you are worried. I'm not a fan of adding in extra fish to take care of an issue such as this. Unless you wanted a puffer anyway... it won't be guaranteed that he will eat it and you will be increasing your bio-load significantly to take care of a somewhat simple issue.
