could i have any corals with triggers, puffers, and lion fish?

Sure I dont' see why not. But then you won't be able to keep cleaners such as shrimps, crabs, hermits, etc..Then on top of that, you will have a big bioload since you will have to feed them agressive fish A LOT OF FOOD.

But then some coral such as Xenia likes dirty water anyways.
