Separate quarantine tank for frags?

Do you all have two QT tanks, one for fish and another for corals? Trying to decide how to deal with new corals in order to limit hitch hikers, but wondering what everyone does. I'm worried about the stability of a small QT tank for corals, but could make something work I'm sure. If so, what are some of the must have's for a QT tank for corals?

I use a 20L for coral, HOB filter, heater & powerhead. A Black Box is used for the light. When I do a water change on the main system I drain about half the water out of the QT and refill it with the water I'm draining from the big tank.
You could do the same or go smaller with a 10 gallon.
