Unable to start new thread?

Wanting to post some stuff I having laying around the house forsale but I am unable to. I know that you didn't use to have to be a member to do so but has that changed since?

Yes, it has changed. Only paid members can sell/trade

The rules have changed since the last time you may have been on.

You now are Required to be a Paying Member of ARC.

I have been here for 5-6+ years. I don't ever go any where just take a break from ARC for hunting/fishing/kayakin etc. I did just renew my membership though
