I'm not exactly sure what the best set-up would be so I figured maybe you guys could make me some suggestions. The tank is a 10"x20"x24" 20 Gallon Xtra High. I plan to use a 3/4 drain with a 1/2 return possibly connected to a Spray bar of some sort.

Heres a pic to help you out..

I would drill the back and create a small acrylic overflow cover. And drill the top left and right for returns.

In the back. You could make the overflow by cutting a ring out of a piece of larger diameter pvc, cut that in half to form a U, cut baffles/teeth on one end and then glue a flat piece of acrylic on the bottom and trim it up around the pvc accordingly.
Cheap easy overflow for a small tank.

Thanks for your opinions guys, I'm still not sure exactly what I'm going to do, but Tim at Keen Reef convinced me today that I should go with a 1" Drain instead of 3/4 just to be safe, and to use a Mag 3 as my return pump maybe just dialed back a little with a Ball Valve..
