Plumbing a marine land 180?

I have never had a tank with inside corner overflows. So my question, is there anything I need to be aware of? It has 2 one-inch holes in each side. One for draining to the sump, one is for a return. Do I use any special type bulkheads? ( Bulkhead 1" S x T Schedule 40 or Bulkhead 1" T x T Schedule 40 or one of each in each side?) Also, where do you guys get the nice color PVC parts?

Marineland has kits you can buy, one durso drain setup and another return pipe with loc-line but if you're a fairly proficient with pvc it's not too difficult to just build yourself. The holes are usually different sizes though, such as a 1" drain and a 3/4" return in each side. Been a while since I've done anything on a Marineland tank so I can't say that with any certainty but something for you to check. They are sized for sch 40 bulkheads.

New, they come with all plumbing and bulkheads. it comes with instructions that give quite a bit of detail on the plumbing. I’m not at my computer, so I can’t pull it up now. i’d imagine you can find the PDF online when searching the specific unit. Good luck!
