budget lighting

I'm thinking of adding an Orphek IR4, considering they seem reasonably affordable - the Natura iCon is out of my price range for the foreseeable future. Given this claimed spectrum and PAR below on my current lights, any thoughts as to which model I should choose? I feel like I need more red/IR...
