1 week Fish husbandry course at a collage?

There use to be a 1 week crash Fish husbandry course at UGA. Does anyone know if this or any crash type course still exists?

I don't know about husbandary but I took a pathology(sorta) course a while back and I think it is still being offered...

I dont know what it was called it was about 10 years ago that i heard of it.
Pathology is sickness...?
Was the course any good? do they still offer it?
