10 gallon frag tank

I have a question for all the experts if I'm setting a frag tank no fish , no live rock only frags do I still need a filter and a skimmer?

I'm no expert lol, but NEED is key word. If you do enough/often water changes, you could make it work. However the filter and skimmer can only help.. depending on WHAT frags you are growing..

And</em> it depends on what you want to happen to your frags. Are you looking for good growth, or just somewhere to stick them temporarily without them dying?

I'm going to frag my sps so I want to make sure they don't die
