- ARC Christmas party
- Quote for Italian food for 120 people with drinks and desserts is $2300 this year. Lasagna, Chicken Alfredo bread, salad and spaghetti with marinara.
- Based on the food budget, we will increase the gift card purchases from local stores to $3000. We will spend $1350 on other raffle items like last year.
- Please RSVP if you have not already in the Announcements forum and post the total number of people coming with you so we can make sure we have enough food or adjust downward if needed.
- Club Donation - Trust Disbursement letter posted and voted on in the forum for the Georgia Aquarium donation. @Gabridge83 to ask Raj to move the funds.
- $2000 Make a Wish Donation @Adam to discuss with Raj and report back.
- Taxes - We have identified a potential new accountant for club business.
