Picked up this adorable pico from @dball711 at the last swap. Had plenty of live rock, sand, filter media and water from our other tanks so moved that right in. My middle son wanted it in his room (it was going to go in my office, but how could I say no?)


Right now there’s a hermit, a snail and a clown goby in there.

Thinking of maybe one more fish or a shrimp?

My son has also been eyeing the dwarf seahorses at southern aquatics. Size wise I think it would be ok to try. But I am worried about the breeding issue.

Oh man - they are adorable but the care needs I researched were too much for me. I’d recommend you spend some time looking into that, maybe I’m overthinking that. My kids would love them too so v interested in what response you get from our experienced members!!

Yeah we were listening to videos on BRS and the breeding alone seemed like a lot. They aren’t expensive so I guess we could give it a try. I just don’t know how we would handle if they bred a lot.
