ARC Meeting started 7:30PM 1/31/23
Attendees: Justin Cook, Brian Cook, David Foster, Adam Nitschke, Doug Lockett
March 4th – Frag Swap – Quantum USA – (Salt) is the latest vendor that will be there. Justin has ordered frag plugs, heat sealers, bags, and super glue.
Trustee positions: Still open.
Vote held to store the ARC club equipment at Adam’s workplace to save monthly storage fee. Adam will store our equipment for free. Motion passed. Trying to downsize the storage unit triggered the requirement to add insurance which would not have saved any money. We will liquidate remaining educational donation items.
Finances: Paypal balance approximately $818.00 as of 2/20/23, Checking account balance is approximately $2300.00.
Email Blasts – Brian sent the president's message on 2/21/23 emails sent to 1683 users. Users that do not want to receive notifications can opt out.
Brett Raymer meeting – The new date is Tuesday March 14th. Potentially at Scofflaw's Brewery Upper West Side - open to other locations if members have a preference.
Next board meeting (open to all members) March 14th 7:30PM if Brett Raymer meeting falls through.
