2.5g Pico

New project, Make a 2.5g pico...budget $0.00

Looking around the fish/coral room I happened to notice a 2.5g aquarium gathering dust with 2 empty containers from Seachem's Matrix.


A little later that day I noticed some scrap acrylic on the shelf below the tank. So I cut it to make a false wall and the all-in-one filter design I use on all my tanks.


Next to the acrylic was a small Rio pump...


Ironically the same day a fellow reefer reached of asking if I had a light to sell for his new pico tank and I found this in my spare light bin, way to small for his need but perfect for a 2.5g project.

I use an auto vinyl wrap to do my larger tanks but this one I used 1/8"acrylic.

I use my table saw with a non ferrous blade to cut acrylic.
