well after a couple tank changes i settled on a Mr. Aqua 25g rimless cube, 18x18x18. i'll be using a 15g tall for a sump, i have a BM NAC6 as a skimmer and a mag5 for a return pump. im planning on a glass holes super nano overflow and hopefully after christmas i'll have funds for a AI Sol Bule LED. i still need to build a stand so i've still got a little while until it will see water. i decided to keep my 40g br since there hasn't been much interest in it so hopefully in the next year i'll be able to add it to my system and change the sump to a 55g that i have.

I miss my rimless solana tank...Good looking equipment. Cant wait to see some livestock in there...

thanks. it'll be a little while till its up. i've got a corner tank in the corner where it's going growing out some freshwater fish :D

looks like you are going to have fun. keep us updated with pictures. cant wait till i get my cube. been wanting one for a while

Looks like it will be nice! Please keep the updates coming.

I'm in the process of setting up 5 30g oceanic cubes. First 2 tanks are running (each tank - 250w MH radiums, 2 koralia 750's on wave makers & DIY super nano overflows). Tank #3 & #4 have glass holes super nano overflow installed, AI sol blue's on order & thinking about mp10's for ph. #3 has water in it now & #4 will have water in it tonight. Tank #5 will be a simple clown growout - no power heads or high end lighting.

Would love to hear how the mp10 performs in your cube (very similar diminsions). I need a lot of flow with very random movement for the anemones I'm keeping in these tanks.

thanks guys.

mcm - im in the same boat, i got the tank before christmas and other pieces late in the fall so i've been planning and getting parts for a while and im ready to setup the tank :D

JJ - i've been on nano-reef alot and there are a few people with smaller cubes who say the mp10 works great on them. i think it'll create perfect flow for the tank
