ARC Meeting started 7:30PM 3/20/23
Attendees: Justin Cook, David Foster, Doug Lockett, Adam Nitschke, Mike Smothers, Bridget Bass, Brandi Woods (@SaltwaterGardening) - Brian Cook arrived at the end of the meeting.
Trustee positions - Bill Musselwhite resigned due to time commitments. Brandi Woods accepted a Trustee position.
Club Forum - Leo @lmm1967 has been maintaining our ARC Xenforo forums for many years and he would like to step away. Early BOD investigation suggests Xenforo Cloud may be a good option among others.
Uptick of scammers on the forum. A change to the permissions was made to keep non confirmed / non registered visitors from viewing the Marketplace where these sales occur.
