45 gallon Sump - Advice Needed

I am going to order a 45g from Glass Cages, it is 48 x 12 x 17. I would like to make a sump with a refugium out of it. Can anyone recommend the dimensions for each chamber and the baffle sizes? I would like the in/skimmer on the right, return middle and fuge on the right.

You should make the fugue section as big a possible and the skimmer section the height for optimal performance.
I would also add a bubble trap after your skimmer section and that spacing I would do about 1in.
