Spike's Frag Bash - ARC will participate again this year - J. Cook to see if we can include a 50/50 raffle in addition to the item and gift card raffle. 50% of the 50/50 raffle to be donated to a charitable cause.
Premier BBQ - No new news on this event J. Cook to follow up.
North Decatur church facility use donation - Vote held to donate $700 (Last event plus April Frag swap) - Vote passed
ARC Forum management - Based on our usage (100GB a month), Xenforo fully managed solution is the best option. Vote held to authorize up to $2700 for server migration and yearly service. Vote passed.
@NanCrab - Equipment donation - Bridget to get inventory
AAAA (Atlanta Area Aquarium Association) King of DIY event - Interesting presentation with several ARC members in attendance. ARC had a table during the event.
