5 star wrasse

does anyone know the technical name for 5 star wrasse, i have one and want another, but only one place seems to know what i am looking for when i say "5 star wrasse"....anyone have a clue what i need to be asking for?

Some people call mystery wrasses, a five bar wrasse.
