So in addition to the big 210Gal at the house, I've got a 5gal nano at the office.

Specifically, this tank: https://www.petsmart.com/fish/starter-kits/top-fin-premium-glass-aquarium---5-gallon-27504.html

I replaced the awful light it came with with this thing https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071LJC8HL

The mushrooms, zoas, gsp, and pulsing xenia are growing well.

My only concern is I don't think I've got enough flow in there. Everything looks very static, unlike the 210 where all the coral is quite dynamic.

I've got some loc-line moving the return jet to the side to make a nice circular pattern, but it looks useless.

What powerheads is everyone using in their pico tanks?

I’m using a hygger nano in my twenty but that would blow your tank away unless you had rock over the wave maker itself. Maybe get a large adjustable filter?

You can buy dual RFG nozzles, it’s what I have for my 4.8g Deskmate. I tried a tiny little wavemaker and it was too much. The dual RFG provides enough movement to not look “static”, while not blowing everything away.
