Attendees: Brian Cook, Steve Burton, Bridgett Bass, Adam Nitchke, Bill Musselwhite
June 8th ARC Event at the Church Results - 3 New Supporting members - Approximately 50 members plus guests for 100 people total in attendance.
Meeting RSVP's - How can we capture both Facebook and Forum in one place? We may try something like an Evite or similar online free platform for tracking. Issue is accuracy of members that intend to come to the event versus the actual attendance.
Google email accounts - Monthly bills can be variable. Latest bill approximately $35 a month less after some adjustments.
Next Event will be August 3rd at Shorty Howell Community Center from 11am-3pm in Gwinnett. This will be a social event. We are not planning for Coral sales.
Steve Burton to research food options, we will go for a community cookout theme. Chick Fila, Costco, Subway are options among others.
Speaker - Bridgett to check to see if local Fritz rep is interested.
We will hold a 30 minute member experience discussion. Goal is to hear from members what's important to them as members of Atlanta Reef Club.
Motion made to donate $350 to the church for use of the space on Saturday. The motion passed.
Future events:
We would like to move forward with planning of a true frag swap. Frags can be traded for other corals or used goods. The event would include prizes and potentially a speaker as well.
Next Meeting will be June 25th @7:30PM.
