- May 3rd event feedback was generally positive
- Low number of attendees have registered for the coral grow out contest so far
- Potential Seachem event to be held in August (awaiting details and confirmation - last update late April)
- Planning September/October frag swap (dates pending on vendor and church availability)
- Tour of Tanks is still an option depending on costs
- Holiday party to be scheduled for December 6th (church availability pending)
- Southern Aquatics confirmed continuing sponsorship
- Sponsor details needed to clarify what items are discount eligible (Some are livestock, some are dry goods, etc...)
- Planning to revamp sponsor section and improve member engagement
- One board member short since January (Secretary position)
- A couple of members identified as potential contributors
- Ideally need 3-4 additional members involved in club business before October
- Gray's Reef donation collection: Some cash was collected at the event, additional online donation totals pending
- Gray's Reef webinar will be rescheduled in September / October (depending on what date is selected for frag swap)
