75 from Petco....temeprd bottom?

AGA aquarium, bought at Petco. I looked at the tank, I can't find a sticker anywhere on it that says if it is or is not tempered. They had a 90 sitting next to it that had a sticker that said it WAS tempered, do not drill, etc.

No stick ought to mean it's not tempered, then again maybe the whole thing is?

It's a 75, price was ~$175. I was going to just buy the 90, cept it was "RR" and a whopping $395.

It says neither the 70 or 90 are tempered, no "75" listed. The 90 AGA at Petco DID have a tempered sticker, so I'm doubting the accuracy of that chart.

Anyone know if it is or not, or where I can find out reliably?

I used to work for Petco...and I think it is tempered, not positive though.

I'll give'm a ring tomorrow. The bottom being non-tempered would be awesome for a CLS return.

I really just want to make sure the sides are not tempered...

here is a good reference thread - you are right 75g is not in there?? I would assume its not tmepered. I called them once and asked about a 120g being tempered and I found out by drilling and by the chart its not tempered. I think they say their tanks are tempered just to stay on the safe side.
