- When to do the raffle? Have a lot to raffle off
- Do Announcement to let members know raffle time
- Use raffle money for yearly donation
- At Justins church? Dec 10th?
- Food? Yes Vendors? No
- Have to do elections in November
- Can we do it online?
- Sticky it so members have to read
- Ga Aquarium? Raffle money to go towards Doug motions, Justin seconds motion passes
- Get page from Aquarium on what they are working on
- Where are we at? Do we need designs? Printify or bulk order?
- Custom Ink send a link to members
- Have members post designs and give timeline
- No more then 5 colors, submissions by October 25th vote in November
