90 gal build(part 3)-sump pics

kim...It took about an hour to cut the pieces...and about 6 hours on and off to bond it together..when you bond it you just have to glue the piece...then walk away and do something for about 20 min then ciome back and mess with it again.

Yea, at first I was really intimidated with working with acyrlics. However the first sump I made came out great, So Ive just kept on from there.

And as far as cost...I get my materials from casik....A 1/4" 4x8 sheet of acrylic will run you about a hundred , however I can get a sump and half out of a sheet if you cut it right. and then there is the weldon ..a $20 tube will stretch for 1 sump. IMO the price is really worth it to have a beautiful custom sump anyway I like it.
