I have found bryopsis in the reef and heard the foxface may or may not eat it. My question is has anyone had a problem with a foxface eating or nipping at any of your corals? I have read it may eat or nip at lps and polyp-ed corals if underfeed. Before making the purchase, just wanted to get input on the situation. Thanks

I have a foxface, scribled, and .sangises in my lps tank with no issues they are pigs as far as food consumption mine will eat everything offered I have Sean them eat bryopsis hair red bubble and most film algae I have had them 2-4 years now there personality is up there with groupers and easy to train. They are a lot nicer then tangs very few fights just have them a new cave ready wen adding

Mine is at least 3 yr and he is in a mixed reef, so far no problems. I feed 2x a day, I also have a French Angel and he has been fine! He gets algae sheets in-between feedings. The key is feed, feed, feed & do water changes because you feed so much!

well if you feed TOO MUCH it might not even bother going after the bryopsis

They do git lazy my oldest won't touch eny algae not on a clip or pellet
