actinic night light

I have a 40 watt pc light with 10,000k day and 460 nm actinic on my 10 gallon aquarium.I have a extra 18" 15 watt light with 100% actinic, when i shut of my big lights off at night should i shut off the 15 watt or is it ok to leave it on?

I would turn it off. The tank should have a night schedule like the reef does in real life.
