Added a Skimz Macro Algae Reactor

So, I decided to get on the bandwagon.... I purchased a NIB Skimz Macro Reactor, from another site.... I removed all Chateo from my fuge last week. I put it online last Thursday. We left and went on vacation after 2 days of it running. Filled up ATO container, fed, checked everything, then left for a week. No one touched the tank. No food, no water, nothing but just checking it. We came back today. The growth in the reactor is AMAZING!!! And everything in the tank looks better than it has since the tank rebuild, back in Feb.... I couldn't be happier thus far!!

Beyond that, it is EXTREMELY clean!

Sounds great. I have been looking at adding one myself for down the road. My biggest concern is how much hassle is added by having to empty and maintenance it.

This one has pump built in and everything slides out of the top. Loosen 5 screws and slide it all up. I feel maintainance will be very minimal. But stay tuned! I do love the D.C. Control ability and dead silent. Tune and go...
