I’m on day 3 of my new 150 gallon saltwater tank. I’m planning adding coral slowly and have a question. Some people on the internet say to add corals once the tank is cycled and some say to wait about 30-45 days. Curious what everyone’s thoughts are on this?

I’d go ahed with some soft coral pretty early. This will likely introduce enhanced biodiversity to the tank, accelerating its maturation process.
I think mushrooms and leathers are considered the best to start with, increasingly adding other soft corals, then on to LPS and finally SPS.
