adding Pics

Do I need to have a certain number of posts before I can add a pic. I tried to post a pic it was with in the size range and I got fail. Not sure why.

Not sure if photo storage on the server is members only or not... Just open a free Photobucket account (or similar), then use the "insert picture" button to add the URL of the picture. I think the majority do that instead of uploading them to the server here.
