Check out Blue Planet in McDonough. They had base rock for $2 a pound last time I was in there. Great store and great people.

I think he's looking for more than a sponsor map. Right? There are certainly sponsors we would all recommend over others, depending on what are of Atlanta you'll be in. Don't know much about the south side, but if you're in the northwest, check out Marine Fish and Imagine Ocean. Northeast, there's Marine Design, and I've heard wonderful things about Fish Scales (I have yet to make it there, unfortunately). In the DeKalb/Decatur area, there's Keen Reef, Einstein Aquatics, and Warehouse Aquarium.

Hope that helps. Let us know where abouts you'll be, and we'll be able to help a little more.

Another store is Pure Reef in Alpharetta off of Windward Parkway. The owner, Jorge Medina, is filling out his sponsor information for the club so he isn't one just yet, but this is one of the nicest stores I have walked into. This is the same location that Aquarium Showcase was located. (He also owned Fish Store & More back in the 90's and Pisces Pet in Jonesboro). Not sure if you wanted to drive that far north (about 20 minutes outside 285, up 400), but Warehouse Aquarium's north store is around the corner about one or two exits south.

My favorite is The Aviarium. They always have great LR and they had a watchman goby the last time I was there a week ago.

Make sure you know what you buy in Aviarium.
I am a newbie and they talked me into buying a large powder blue for my 55 Gallon. and refuse to take it back for even half of the price I paid for.

that fish was constantly stressed by the tank size...and they said it is ok...

just a warning if you ever wandered into that store.

Aviarium has only bread and butter corals most days. Prices can be a little high at times. Try Atlanta Reef and Keens if your interested in ORA and such.Great prices as well. Picked up some stuff from AR today. a nice pair of blochies!!!

Nemo fish for fish-prices are great.
Warehouse Aquarium-prices are great and the place is huge. Rare stuff too!
