Ai lights

Another lens melted. Doesn’t seem to matter. Prime 16 or the newer hd, replaced and replaced and still keep melting. If I weren’t already into them for 8 lights I’d dump them. Ofcourse it’s always out of warranty but once when it happens. Love the lights except for this recurring problem.

Thanks for reminding me to order new lenses! Im gonna try using some thermal paste on the led arrays and see if that helps. I have heard some have good results doing that

This is probably stupid but have you tried placing a cheap fan on it to blow on the lenses?

Those are for the older version 13/26/52 lights. They are supposed to be coming out with new lenses for the 16/32/64 lights soon

I have 2 in route now.. annoying I know.
