Airline tube in-line filter

This is a screenshot from a youtube video, so bare with me does anyone know where I could get an in-line airline tube filter/canister to use for an aqualifter that I use on my HOB overflow? (Like the one pictured below). I heard BRS sells them but I can’t for the life of me find them on their website. I don’t need it to actually have a filter inside, I planned to just jam a bunch of filter floss in it and call it good

I got these probably from eBay several years ago, they fit regular soda bottles, you're welcome to one or I can search back to try to find the link if you like.

That would be amazing if you don’t mind parting with one of them! Of course I would pay for it though; you’re too kind Would you mind shipping it? You’re on the other side of Atlanta from me or else I would just swing by. I would pay for that as well (of course!). Just let me know
