Shortly after I purchased 3 Mexican turbo snails from a LFS I noticed a dark red algae starting to form on my sand. The next day I noticed some green looking algae with what appears to be air bubbles on the opposite end of my tank. And last but not least the tank has been looking like the spring pollen in GA all over the glass, almost the same color also. Any ideas?

It sounds like a case of cynobacteria. I bet it was on the shells of the Mexicans and they introduced it to your tank. Good flow and Keeping the sand stirred up will help get rid of it.
