Algae

I was wondering if adding new light bulbs would cause an algae bloom? Do new light bulbs need to break in? I just recently relpace my dual 150mh and dual 96w actinics about 3 weeks ago. I feed every other day and the light are on from 4pm-10pm. I just added a phospahte reactor and replace my chemical filtration with 2 chemi-pure elites. Im toping off my water daily due to evaporation using ro/di water. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
