Algea ID?

Can anyone tell me what kind of algea this is? It is very thick in the bottom left corner of rock. In the center of the picture you can see that is spreads with what looks like roots spreading out. Thanks

After Google research it looks more like Gracilaria abbottiana to me? It seems to be spreading out instead of up. Thanks
