New to the area and been in the hobby for 30+ years. Moved from the Chicago area about 6 months ago and my tanks have been down for about 2 months prior to that. My wonderful sister agreed to provide a foster home for many of my corals in one of her tanks and for that I am thankful. With a 2 year old and 2 moves in the last 6 months I have been counting down the days to get a tank set up, you all know how that goes.

Just finished some drywall, paint, trim and plumbing to the basement utility room and now I can call it the fish room.

Initial plans are to set up 40g Breeder, a JBJ 28g and 6g.

Welcome to ARC and to GA. Looks like you got a great fish room started. :-). Looking forward to seeing things come together.

Now I need a place to frag...and plan the next tank.
Thanks!

Welcome to the ARC :)

You will find out why it's also called Hotlanta soon enough!

Look forward to meeting you.

I think this group is a bunch of raggedy scoundrels myself, but that's what I get from viewing them through a reef tank!

;)

Thanks and hope I am ok on the chiller thing, just had a new HVAC unit installed and added some vents and a return in the "fish room". Keeping my fingers crossed.

Welcome! You already found one of the best parts about Atlanta.... ARC! :)

May I suggest a floor drain in the fish room? Now would be the time and I promise you, it will be a life saver some day. I know the thought of cutting concrete is daunting, but well worth it.
