Anemone caught in powerhead...HELP

Hey folks - I have a new flametip that I have had for a week and this morning I find part of the foot and some of the tips were chewed up in the powerhead. I have removed him and put him on the bottom of the sandbed. Any other suggestions or advice on dealing with this? The water is a little cloudy as well. I hope he survives!!!

Take out the powerhead and get a large return pump. Mine were never that dumb to do that.

Nems will and do detach every so often looking for a better place to plant their foot. Powerheads tend to do that to them when they are floating around. He should be fine, you can put it in a floating colander for a while till it heals.

Thanks all. My flame tip has attached back to the rock and is now open again and looks to be ok. Hopefully like you said it will heal up in a couple of weeks and get back to its normal pretty self!!
