anemone question

I have had a Green Bubble tip anemone for a week.... Almost every night he will completely deflate and release all of the brown stringy stuff. Is this a normal thing for a green bubble tip. I dont feed him anything... Thanks in advance for all info.

its fine it is cleaning out old water and taking in new water all the crap you see come out is from stuff it picked from your water colum

Pretty cool i must say.... was getting kind of worried with this happening every night.... Keep the info coming.... Does this deflating get all of the water out of the "bubbles" and tentacles and replace it with new water?
