Anemone Spawning

Well my RBTA decided to spawn tonight (has been going on for about 10 min now). Going to plan for a water change once it's done and maybe put in some new carbon. My corals are open and appear to be enjoying the extra food

Just finished the water change. The nem is inflating back up to its normal size. When I got home it was as big as a salad plate (biggest I have ever seen it). It started spawning about 30 min before lights out (this is the week my lights go dark in my moon phase setting).

I have never seen/heard of sexual reproduction in a RBTA. Just did some quick searches & sure enough! That is fascinating that they are capable of sexual AND asexual reproduction!

What the diameter of this RBTA?

I would say when it is fully open, somewhere around 4-6 inches in diameter. Just wish my clown would host it, hopefully this will happen soon.

I think it's safe to say we found that anemone a happy home, haha. Sorry for the mess!
