anemone trouble. please help!

some time last night my Bubble tip anemone got sucked into my koralia powerhead. I unplugged the power head and went to work hoping for it to have gotten out of the powerhead. instead it has inflated and it is still stuck. my maroon clown is still hosting it. any suggestions on getting it out? should I just wait and hope for the best?

Gently work it out if you can. That powerhead comes apart pretty easily. If it is injured and can't take being hosted get a plastic strawberry basket to place over it with a rock for a weight under plenty of light until it heals

the anemone eventually worked his way out and the mouth sustained some damage, however i think it may actually split. it still expands and bubbles up fine and is being hosted by my maroon. (im at bijans house, and didnt feel like logging his profile out)
