Hi everyone,

Im about 2 months into my first saltwater tank, but have been keeping fresh and brack tanks for close to 8 yrs. My salt setup is a 30 gal. hex tank with a 4 inch live sand bed, 11 lbs of live rock, 8lbs of base rock, 2 scarlet crabs, 4 blue legged crabs, 2 camel back shrimp, assortment of snails and a yellow tail damsel. Currently I have a seaclone 100 skimmer ( I know, I know) but so far so good. This site was recommened by the guys over at Fish Scales. Ive read several threads and you all have a ton of knowledge. I look foward to all that I can learn from you guys and girls!:yay:

welcome. I have a similar setup (30 hex) that I just started a couple months ago.

How many 30 hex stands can there be? lol

It used to be a natural wood finish when I bought it (off of craigs list), but white fit my decor better.
