When my house was built 15 years ago I had them stub a bathroom in the basement that we never did anything with. Now I want to at least put a utility sink in and would like to get someone to run the plumbing. There are water pipes that can be tapped into fairly close to the spot as well. Anyone in the Lawrenceville area a licensed plumber?

I am Bathroom Designer for Home Depot. We can build anything you want. This is if you would like to go ahead and finish the area out. I am a corporate employee and all who would work on this is Home Depot branded. No contractors. Good luck!

BTW...any other info. on the tech owners thread you mentioned?

Thanks, Chris! I don't think we are going to bother finishing it now. I just want to put in a double utility sink and maybe a toilet, actually a urinal would work since it's just for me. If I buy the sink at Home Depot can I get someone there to do the install?

The Oceanic Tech thread is http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1351368">http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1351368</a>

There are a lot of posts but its a good place to talk about yours to others that have them.

Thanks for the thread. I would imagine they could direct you to an installer for the sink and what nots. I am in a seperate division....I do not really know. Good Luck!

Thanks for the support! Actually it's the utility tub and drain that I really want down there. A urinal would just be bonus.

Hi Bud

I'm a licenced plumber, but way out in Douglasville. Looking at your tank plumbing though I would say if you have it already stubbed you can pull it off yourself unless you have copper water pipe. Soldiering can be frustrating when learning. Even then with a little patience I think you could do it. I'd be happy to help with any questions.

you want have a problem doing it yourself. you seem pretty handy if you did all the work yourself on your tank.. put a pic of what you have going on. ill try to help on line. its really not that hard.

Thanks for all the inputs. It is copper and there are hot and cold pipes very close, I just hate doing the soldering. I'm going to get a couple of estimates and if I can just have someone do it at a reasonable price I will. Otherwise, I'll attempt it myself.
