I joined ARC in October and have not had the chance to attend a meeting yet. I am coming to the Holiday Party tomorrow evening. I am looking forward to meeting lots of folks there.

As my wife has already said,we will be there.It's also my first meeting because we live so far away,I'm looking foward to meeting everybody.

My first meeting was the christmas party last year. My advice to all new folks is to not be bashful. Introduce yourself to the people next to you...walk up to conversations and say "hi, I'm new..can I join you?". You won't get rejected and you won't be thought rude! We tend to group up a bit, but it's not an attempt to exclude you. Tap someone on the shoulder and say hi!
