I need to lower some nitrates in one of my tank while I test out some "Brandon's food" recipes. I am poor right now and can not afford to buy one for such a short time use. I know there have been some DIY ones floating around. Most people do not need to run them full time once they get the NO3 down, so I was hoping that someone had one sitting idle right now.

So let me know what you got...

If all else fails let me know, I have a Korralin denitrater with media you can borrow for as long as you need. One catch though, I get a small amount of the now famous "Brandon Food" to feed my tank. I will beg and grovel if needed.:)

Haha, I actually lol'ed, so I guess I dont feel ghey typing "LOL!"

A little hydrogen sulfide never killed anyone. A lot, however...

Brandon, you may want to take it slow with that denitrator! :)

I'll see if I can't dig up the article to back up the info I gave you on the phone today. I haven't seen it in a year, however.
